Photographic workshop

in Prague

Sommer 2027

This workshop is suitable for both beginners and more experienced photographers who want to develop their skills and get more out of their photography.

Whether you shoot with a compact camera or a DSLR, you will gain useful tips and practical tools to help you create stronger and more compelling images.

We work with photographic techniques, composition, and subject selection, but just as importantly, we focus on the creative process and the inspiration that comes from shooting together, sharing experiences, and discussing images along the way.

With a maximum of 8 participants, everyone receives close guidance, personal feedback, and plenty of time for questions and individual support.

The goal is simple: to return home with fresh inspiration, greater knowledge—and better photographs.

Photo Camp Budapest

Photo workshop

With Warren and Lars-Henrik

6-9 oct '26

Join Photocamp Budapest — a unique photography experience designed for both beginners and more experienced photographers seeking inspiration, growth, and new perspectives.

The workshop is led by Warren Richardson and Lars-Henrik Milert, who share their experience, knowledge, and personal approach to photography through a combination of theory and hands-on guidance.

Through inspiring photowalks in Budapest and Győr, you will have the opportunity to develop your eye and work creatively in dynamic urban environments. In addition, the workshop offers an optional half-day studio session focused on fine art nude photography, where you can explore light, form, and composition in a more controlled setting.

With a maximum of 8 participants, we ensure close guidance, personal feedback, and an inspiring learning environment.

This is not just a workshop — it is an intensive and inspiring photographic experience that can take your photography to the next level.

A course for those who want to take better travel photos.

Do you recognize this?

You come home from an amazing holiday, excited to share your photos with family and friends. But as you scroll through them, they don’t quite match how you remember the moments. The sunset is missing its magic, and the crystal-blue water suddenly looks rather dull and grey.

The good news is that it often only takes small adjustments to elevate an image from average to truly striking.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to take better travel photos and create more atmospheric images—whether you use a smartphone, a compact camera, or a DSLR.

We focus on practical photography with minimal theory, so you learn while shooting. Together, we explore Agadir through inspiring photo sessions in the city, along with two fantastic excursions where you’ll discover new subjects and develop your photographic eye.

As with all my workshops, the number of participants is limited to ensure personal guidance and maximum benefit for everyone.

Join an inspiring photography experience—and come home with images you are truly proud to share

Culture and Nature

In October/November 2027, you have the opportunity to join a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

In collaboration with Tiger Tracker Reiser, I am organizing a two-week photography and experience tour to incredible India. The journey begins in Varanasi—one of the world’s oldest cities, where Hindus make pilgrimages to be cremated along the Ganges. We then continue to the vibrant Pushkar Camel Festival, before spending a full week in the jungle, encountering tigers, monkeys, elephants, and visiting local villages.

This is a unique combination of culture, nature, and photographic opportunities in some of India’s most spectacular surroundings.

Non-binding pre-registration is now open.

Throughout the year, I organize photography workshops and trips with a strong focus on experience and hands-on learning. My philosophy is “learning by doing” — spending less time in the classroom and more time out in the field, where the images are actually created.

New:Together with Warren Richardson, I have developed an exciting and highly educational workshop in Budapest. For those who have previously attended my workshops there, this updated version offers plenty of new content — including an inspiring day trip to Györ.

The workshops are primarily conducted on location, emphasizing practical work rather than long theoretical sessions. We actively search for subjects, learn to see them in new ways, and develop a deeper understanding of key techniques such as shutter speed, aperture, and how these elements influence the final image.

With extensive local knowledge, I take you to places and environments that you would rarely discover as a typical tourist — giving you the opportunity to create unique and personal photographs.

You can find updated information and registration details on this page.
